Michal was born in 1978 in Rožňava, Slovakia.

In 2001 completed his master’s degree in economics at

the University of Matej Bel in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.

His specialization is marketing and management of small and
medium entreprises. Topic of his final thesis was Hemp industry – the opportunity
for development of small and medium enterprises.

Michal has been a member of NGO Why Not Hemp? since 2000.
Why Not Hemp? advocates hemp in Slovakia since 1998.

In 2008 Michal set up limited comapny PORPAGANDA PRODUCION.
In 2009 Boris Baňas joined the comapny. In 2010 PROPAGANDA PRODUCTION became
the authorized preprezentative of Hemp Oil Canada in the teritory of the EU and
started importing and distributing premium cannadian hemp food across Europe under brand name Hemp Seed Oil Europe.

In 2014 PROPAGAND APRODUCTION launched CBDepot.eu brand and
project dedicated to bulk and private label sales of purified CBD and CBD
enriched consumer products.
